You can register a new child from the desk check-in screen or database page.

You'll need the following information:

  1. Child's first & last nameĀ 
  2. Birthday
  3. Gender
  4. Allergies & Notes (if applicable)
  5. Information for at least ONE parent/guardian. Minimum required: Name & phone number. Note: Some churches opt to get more information later, while others do it at time of registration. It's whatever works best for your ministry.

NOTE: "This child attends classes based on: Their Birthday." This is the default system setting. This allows our system to automatically calculate what grade/age range a child is in based on their birthday.
