- The kids were not checked out; does this affect anything? Yes, failing to check out kids will mean they don't show up in attendance reporting (available on the *Popular Plan*). For a quick fix, go to your dashboard and select the mass checkout button.
- Is there a way to add kids after a service if they were not checked in? Our system purposely does not allow this due to security concerns.
