Some common problems you might run into with express check in:

"The tags are printing to multiple stations!" 

Make sure the account being used is only logged in at that station.  Tip: Some churches find it helpful to designate a specific volunteer or admin's account to be used for the desk check-in station.


"The tags aren't printing at all!"

Make sure only ONE desk check-in station has express check in turned on.  If this doesn't fix the issue, it also might be an issue with Dymo's software. Check out our "Dymo General Troubleshooting" for instructions on how to print a test label directly from Dymo's software.
